MAY 2015: RØYST TRIO WORKSHOPS IN CANADA

As well as several performances this summer, Røyst will also deliver workshops open to the public. The first one will be held at Lula Lounge, Toronto, on the 15th July. Røyst will also deliver a joint workshop with the Canadian group Fruiting Bodies in Montreal, venue TBC.

APRIL 2015: ARTS COUNCIL SUPPORT FOR RØYST AND METAMORPHIC

We were so pleased to receive the brilliant news that the Arts Council have decided to support Røyst's collaboration with Metamorphic. Funding has been awarded for developing and rehearsing new compositions that will be performed when the groups tour the UK in November 2015, as well as funding for the tour itself.

NOVEMBER 2014: RØYST AND METAMORPHIC IN THE STUDIO

We were very pleased to be able to record some tracks in November after a successful Kickstarter campaign. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed! We're now looking forward to listening to the first mixes.

 

 

OCTOBER 2014: RØYST TRIO & METAMORPHIC KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN

Following a very succesful UK tour last summer Røyst Trio and Metamorphic will be recording and EP in Leeds in November. To be able to fund the recording we have set up a Kickstarter campaign online to try and rasie the funds to cover the cost of the recording itself and other expenses like travel from both London and Norway. SEPTEMBER 2014: RETURN TO WORK

A new academic year is now upon us and I'm back at Leeds College of Music teaching and running the Foundation Certificate course. It is a big transition from being on maternity leave, but it has been great getting back into the swing of things!
